Don’t they look great? They are thin wheat bagels, peanut butter, banana, and strawberries. I have been eating these practically since diagnosis. They are tasty, filling and if you are counting calories – only 430!

Breakfast Bagel Thin Topped with Peanut Butter and Fruit

1 Thomas’ 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thin
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 medium banana, sliced
