All Purchases Made on Our Website:
Your online purchase of MyID devices and products is backed by our 30 Day Money Back
Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your MyID product, you can return it within
30 days of your original purchase date for a 100% refund of the product purchase price. Shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be in re-sellable condition; i.e.,
undamaged with minimal wear and tear. The MyID 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies
to purchases made on the shop.getmyid.com website.
NOTE: Custom Pod and Custom Slider products are final-sale. They are NOT eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
1 Year MyID Warranty:
All MyID products are backed by our 1-year warranty from date of original purchase, with the exception of standard wear-and-tear, marketplace items, lost products and discontinued products. If your item is discontinued, we will offer a credit to put towards a new version. We cover the cost of the product. Shipping and handling are paid by the customer.
Shipping and Handling Costs:
• Sport, Pod, Hive Band, Slider, Sleeve, Tag: $4.95 within the U.S. / $11.95 outside the U.S.
• Flex or Full Hive: $9.95 within the U.S. / $15.95 outside the U.S.
• Cube Series: $14.95 within U.S. / $24.95 outside U.S.
Please Note: If claiming more than 1 product, a handling fee of $3 per additional item will apply.
