Your online purchase is backed by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your MyID product, you can return it within 30 days of your original purchase date for a 100% refund. The product must be in re-sellable condition. The MyID 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies to purchases made on the shop.getmyid.com website.

NOTE: Custom Pod and Custom Slider products arefinal-sale. They are NOT eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

1 Year MyID Warranty:
All MyID products are backed by our 1-year warranty from date of original purchase, with the exception of standard wear-and-tear, marketplace items, lost products and discontinued products. If your item is discontinued, we will offer a credit to put towards a new version. We cover the cost of the product. Shipping and handling are paid by the customer.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

• Sport, Pod, Hive Band, Slider, Sleeve, Tag: $4.95 within the U.S. / $11.95 outside the U.S.
• Flex or Full Hive: $9.95 within the U.S. / $15.95 outside the U.S.
• Cube Series: $14.95 within U.S. / $24.95 outside U.S.
