If you're not completely satisfied with your MyID product, you can return it within 30 days of your original purchase date for a 100% refund. The product must be in re-sellable condition. The MyID 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies to purchases made on the shop.getmyid.com website.
NOTE: Custom Pod and Custom Slider products arefinal-sale. They are NOT eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
1 Year MyID Warranty:
All MyID products are backed by our 1-year warranty from date of original purchase, with the exception of standard wear-and-tear, marketplace items, and discontinued products. If your item is discontinued, we will offer a credit to put towards a new version. We cover the cost of the product. Shipping and handling are paid by the customer.
Shipping and Handling Costs:
• Sport, Pod, Hive Band, Slider: $4.95 within the U.S. / $11.95 outside the U.S.
• Sleek, Luxe, Charm Series: $9.95 within the U.S. / $15.95 outside the U.S.
