Wholesale Terms and Agreement

Buy, then Sell
This method is as simple as buying product from us at wholesale pricing (50%), then reselling it to others at full retail. The money you make is the difference of what you bought it for and then sold it for. To qualify the initial order needs to be a minimum of $250.

MAP Policy
As a Reseller of MyID products, you agree to buy and sell according to the MAP policy. All product being sold online can not be advertised at a lower price than the comparative price at which it is being sold on MyID's website (shop.getmyid.com).

Terms and Agreement
1. The Reseller will serve as an independent contractor and be responsible to pay for all applicable social security, withholding and other employment taxes. Under no circumstances will the Reseller, its agents or employees, be considered employees of the MyID. The Reseller will bear all expenses incurred in its sales endeavors except those that MyID agrees to pay for in writing.

2. The Reseller will diligently devote its time and efforts towards the selling of
MyID's products and will make no representations, warranties or commitments binding MyID, without MyID's prior consent.

3. MyID agrees to sell product to the Reseller at the wholesale pricing of
50% off the Manufacturers Advertised Retail price.

4. Nothing in this Agreement shall be constructed to constitute the Reseller as a
partner, or employee of MyID.

5. If any term or provision of this Agreement shall to any extend be invalid or
unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected thereby, and each new term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. This Agreement forms the entire understanding between the parties. It cancels
and suppresses all prior agreements and understandings. There shall be no change or modification of any of the terms in this Agreement unless it is reduced to writing and signed by both parties.

7. All notices called for under this Agreement must be in writing and will be deemed given when mailed to a party at its address written above or at such other address as a party may hereafter designate in writing to the other party.

8. This Agreement shall be binding upon each of the parties hereto, their heirs,
successors, assigns and successors in interest.

By signing up to be a wholesaler, you agree to these terms and agreement.
