We personally watch every single submission. What we're looking for isn't production quality — it's the real thing: your voice, your reason, straight from the heart. The 8 strongest stories become finalists, and every finalist wins $100.
For the winner, we wanted it as fair as possible. We thought about public voting — but then whoever has the most Facebook friends wins, and that's not a story contest anymore. So instead, we'll share all 8 finalist stories on Facebook with people just like you were before MyID — your video as you made it, just small touches like subtitles. The story that moves them most takes the $1,000. Not our pick, not a popularity contest — just people, responding to your story.
